Mindfulness: Download the free app Medito; explore their meditation tools and if you click on the bottom right-hand button marked "packs," you will find an amazing amount of mindfulness activities to try.

Earthing: Be sure to get your shoes and socks off and get barefoot on grass, sand, or dirt at least 3 times per week for 20 minutes; science proves it helps to heal both psychological and physical conditions.
